Individuals can search for divorce information on the Harris County District Clerk Record Search Portal. However, the District Clerk issues a disclaimer stating that family documents, such as divorce documents, cannot be viewed on the portal. Individuals who want to view the actual documents filed in a divorce have to visit the Clerk's Office or mail in a request.
